Our semi-custom building process

1. Meet with us and share your goals.
2. Choose a lot, then a plan that fits on it.
3. Review our estimate of permitting and site work costs.
4. Sign a contract at the base plan price and pay a deposit.
5. Place the home on your lot with help from a topographic survey.
6. Work with our designers to customize the features of your home.
7. Add your option selections to the contract by addendum.
8. Stay in touch with the team through permitting and construction.
9. Make construction draw payments at agreed milestones.
10. Move in about ten days after the occupancy permit is issued.
